Butchering Day

Saturday 15th seen members heading out to for demo on field Butchering and sausage making day.

kicking off around 10:30 we took members through the skinning & gutting process before the demo on breaking down carcass and showing members how to get the various cuts, a few bits went onto the BBQ for lunch.

After lunch it was then sausage making 101.

At the end of the day all them members that had attended went off with a few packs of snags with the rest being used at our Xmas BBQ in December
